You can ask Top Shelf Service LLC™ to review, correct, delete, or export personal information associated with your Top Shelf Teaching account.

Submit a Request Online

If you are signed in, use the form below to submit a data export or account deletion request. We will process your request within 30 days.

Contact Us Directly

If you prefer to submit a request by email or are not signed in, send a request from the email address tied to your account and include:

• Your full name
• The email address on the account
• The request type: access, correction, deletion, export, or opt out
• Any details we need to locate the records

Verification

We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before completing a request. We only use verification information to process the request.

Response Timing

We respond to all data requests within 30 days of receipt. Complex requests may require an extension of up to 60 days — we will notify you if that is the case.
